Our Vision 

We aim to provide individualised, high-standard support to adults who have learning disabilities, rather than an average, tick-box service that can render individuals vulnerable.

Our vision is to support and empower those within our care, but also to extend this to those providing the care as well.

 Working well together as part of a multidisciplinary team with the same goal and aspirations can cultivate positive relationships that will encourage positive growth in all those involved.

Our vision is to make a positive change in all who are touched by Union Supported Living, the ripple effect. Ultimately, we aspire to provide support that promotes independent living and encourages integration into the community, aiming to enrich the lives of the individuals we support.
