Union Supported living was established to be a small not-for-profit organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives in the community. The support is provided in a person-centered way to ensure the person is at the centre of the support.

 Our aim is to enable people who use our service to be their best and to do what makes them happy. Each individual is supported to participate in the activities they want in a safe and free manner this is done by having small teams that offer person-centered support. 

We believe that everyone has so much to offer as such we need to give everyone a chance to shine. We should not disregard people when they require support to enable them to be their best.
